Two pages under Pipeline β†’ Meetings:

  • Meetings β€” inbound bookings from your booking providers (Cal.com, Calendly, Google), automatically routed to leads or hiring.
  • Recordings β€” every recording in one place: automatic imports from your notetakers, plus manual uploads, per client.

Both pages default to admins only. An admin can grant them to a specific manager or member from the Section access matrix on Settings β†’ Members β€” look for the Meetings section, which covers both pages.

Recordings arrive on their own

Once a notetaker or booking tool is connected, new recordings and bookings appear in their lists the moment they arrive β€” no clicking Sync. The Sync last 30 days button stays useful as a backfill after first connecting, or as a recovery tool; its dropdown also offers 7 days, 90 days, 12 months and a custom start date.

Adding a recording by hand

Click Add recording manually on the Recordings page β€” or Add recording from a client's Recordings tab. You can either Paste transcript or Upload audio. Fill in a title, when it happened, and optionally a client, subject and description.

Uploaded audio is stored privately to your workspace and transcribed automatically with speaker labels.

AI summaries

Open a recording and click Summarize. You get a structured summary β€” purpose, key takeaways, topics, next steps β€” plus an extracted action-items list, in the same language as the transcript. Use Regenerate summary to run it again.

Summaries are billed to your workspace's AI credit balance. If you are out, the button reads Out of AI credits β€” top up under Settings β†’ AI.

Recordings link to clients two ways:

  • Auto β€” matched by comparing an attendee's email to your client contacts.
  • Manual β€” you used Link client on the recording, or picked a client when uploading.

Each link shows an Auto or Manual badge so you can tell which is which. A linked recording surfaces on that client's Recordings tab, and bookings and recordings link to each other in both directions.

Routing

Meetings are routed by their external attendees and any matching open applications. An internal team meeting is not labelled as hiring; a meeting that matches nothing gets a calm General label rather than a warning.
