Sales lives under Pipeline β Sales, with Leads, Deals, Quotes and a Dashboard.
Leads
Leads are inbound contact requests and prospects. They arrive automatically from connected booking tools and registered forms, or you add them by hand with the + Lead button in the header. Every board column also has an add button at the bottom that pre-selects that column's status.
Each lead carries an editable title, tags with autocomplete, a 1β5 star Rating (click a star to set, click the same star to clear) and an Owner picked from your team, shown as an initials avatar on the card.
Sort the board manually, or by last contact β newest or oldest first.
Converting a lead to a deal
Promote a lead in one click. The dialog has separate company and contact sections, a searchable client picker with inline create, and shows an existing client's contacts with the matching one preselected. The client and contact are created or linked for you, and the converted lead drops off the leads board.
Deals
Deals have board and table views and a detail panel covering Amount excl. VAT, Win probability (%), Rating, Owner, Tags, pipeline stage and win/loss, with links back to the client and contact.
Mark a retainer with Recurring deal and set a Monthly amount excl. VAT. Recurring deals roll up into a live MRR total in the header, so retainer revenue does not hide behind one-off numbers. The header reads, for example, "12 deals β’ β¬84,000 total β’ β¬41,200 weighted β’ β¬6,500 MRR".
Select several deals at once to Move them to another stage, Tag them or Archive them in one go. A tag filter narrows the board and its totals together.
Turning a won deal into a project
When a deal reaches a stage marked as "agreement reached" β Won by default β the board opens a pre-filled Create project from deal dialog. The project inherits the deal's title, client, start date, budget and description; you pick a Phase and confirm.
It is optional β the dialog says so ("You can skip this and do it later") and Not now leaves the deal exactly where it was. Each pipeline column has a toggle to choose which stage triggers this.
Quotes
Pipeline β Sales β Quotes lists every quote attached across all deals β number, deal, client, amount, status and sent date β with filter tabs for Sent, Accepted, Rejected and Expired plus outstanding and recently-accepted totals.
Use Attach quote to add a PDF you generated in your accounting software. Each deal's detail page also has a Quotes section with quick status changes, edit and delete.
Customising your pipeline
Every workspace edits its own board columns for leads, deals and hiring. Give each column an optional description of what the stage means β it shows as small muted text under the column title, so stage definitions stay visible on the board. Customising your stages never affects anyone else.
The sales dashboard
Pipeline β Sales β Dashboard shows your funnel, unit economics and targets. It is available to admins and managers only.
