Run the shoot with the production Shotlist
The shots you planned in pre-production become the shoot-day checklist, with a live progress bar.

A project in the Production phase opens on Overview; the Shotlist tab sits alongside it. This is the same list you built in pre-production, turned into a checklist for the day.
Ticking shots off
Each shot has a state: Planned or Shot. Use Mark as shot as you capture each one, and Mark as planned if you need to undo. A live progress bar at the top counts "X of Y shot", so you always know how much of the day is left.
Each row shows the shot number, its description, size and location, so a camera operator can work straight off the screen.
Adding shots on the day
Things change on set. Use Add shot to add anything you did not plan for β it joins the same list and counts toward the same progress bar.
If the list is empty
You will see No shots planned β "Shots planned in pre-production show up here as the shoot checklist." Go back to the pre-production Shot lists tab and plan them there, or add them here directly.
Use your phone
This is the flow the mobile app was built for. In production the app gives you the shot list to tick off on set, the call sheets with call and wrap times and location, locations with one-tap directions and calling, and the scripts. That is usually more practical than a laptop on a shoot.
What else is on a production project
Alongside the Shotlist you still have Scripts, Locations, Call sheets and Casting, plus the shared tabs: Overview, Documents, Notes, Tasks, Finance, Quote, Timesheet and Activity. A Chat tab appears too if your workspace has the chat beta enabled.
When the shoot is done
Move each deliverable to Shot β the end of production, meaning the footage is captured. When every active deliverable reaches it, the app will ask whether to move the project to post-production. You can also advance deliberately with the Ready for post-production button in the project header, or use Start Post-Production to set a deadline, assign an editor and leave notes for them.
