The pre-production Overview and brief

A pre-production project opens on Overview — a single page summarising what the project is, when things happen and who is on it. There is no separate Info tab; everything folds in here.

Brief & goal

The Brief & goal card holds the project brief. Click the pencil to edit it inline. This is the text your team — and the AI assistant — will read to understand what you are making.

Key dates

Use Add key date to put down the dates that matter — a concept lock, a shoot day, a final delivery. Give each a label and a date.

Key dates are not just decoration: they surface in the planner as amber flag chips, for anyone assigned to that project — so you see the key dates of projects you are actually on, not every project in the workspace. They are read-only there, and clicking one opens the project.

Deliverables planned

This card lists the deliverables — that is, the scripts — planned for the project, with who each one is assigned to. Use Add deliverable to add one on the spot, and click a deliverable to jump straight into the Scripts writer.

Reference projects

Collect the work you are referencing. Each entry takes a label, a URL and an optional note on what exactly to reference. Handy for a "make it feel like this" conversation that would otherwise live in a chat thread.

Music selection and colour profile

Two more cards capture creative direction that would otherwise get lost: Music selection (tracks, mood, tempo, licensing notes) and Color profile. Both are editable inline.

Snapshot, Team and Prep progress

The right-hand side shows a Snapshot — client, status, due date and open tasks — plus the Team on the project and a Prep progress bar driven by the project's tasks.
