Set up a deliverable: specs, ratios and exports

A deliverable holds the technical spec of one video. Open one from the board to see its side panel, or use Add Deliverable to create one.

The panel

The side panel splits into Details, Script and Music tabs.

Details is what an editor needs to start:

• Video Title
• Video Details — duration, resolution and frame rate
• Export Settings — the formats and aspect ratios you are delivering
• Options — including whether it needs subtitles or motion graphics
• Due Date
• Notes for Editors and Links — the direction that would otherwise live in a chat message

Music holds Music & Mood, and Script shows the script this deliverable came from.

New deliverables created on a project inherit that project's export specs, so you set them once rather than on every card.

Multiple aspect ratios on one card

A single deliverable can carry several aspect ratios. A four-concept, three-ratio project stays four cards instead of exploding into twelve.

Each ratio gets its own done/pending toggle in the Exports section of the panel, and the card on the board shows ratio chips with a counter of how many are done. That way a 16:9 that is finished and a 9:16 that is not are visible at a glance without splitting the work.

Assignment

Each deliverable has a single assignee, picked from your workspace's team members. Dragging its block into another editor's column in the planner moves the assignment rather than duplicating it. Assignment works the same way across pre-production, production and post-production.

Editing an existing deliverable

Editing always opens the side panel — from the card menu or by right-clicking a card — so edits happen in one consistent place.

Deliverables and scripts are the same thing

If the project came through pre-production, this card is the script you wrote. Deleting a script removes its deliverable card too. That is why status, notes and export settings survive the whole journey.
