Work the deliverables board covers the columns and dragging. This is what you can do with a card itself β€” its menu, what it shows, and working several at once.

The card menu

Right-click a card to open its menu:

  • Edit β€” opens the same side panel as clicking the card.
  • Duplicate β€” creates a copy titled "<title> (Copy)", carrying over the video type, duration, priority, subtitles/motion-graphics flags and status, placed at the end of the board.
  • Open Frame.io β€” appears once the deliverable has a review link, and opens it in a new tab.
  • Archive / Unarchive β€” archiving sets the card aside; unarchiving returns it to whichever status it was in right before you archived it, not a fixed default.
  • Delete β€” asks for confirmation first. This cannot be undone.

Choosing what a card shows

The Fields button above the board (the eye icon) opens a searchable list of everything a card can display: Priority, Video type, Planned date, Due date, Duration, Export specs, Subtitles badge, Motion graphics badge and Script excerpt. Toggle any of them off to declutter a busy board. This is a board-wide setting saved on the project, not a personal preference β€” everyone looking at this project's board sees the same fields.

Selecting more than one

Cmd/Ctrl-click a card to select it; click more cards to add them. A floating bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing the count, with Edit Selected, Delete Selected and an βœ• to clear the selection.

With cards selected, dragging any one of them moves the whole group to the new column together β€” a fast way to advance a batch that finished a stage at the same time.

Bulk edit

Edit Selected opens the same fields as adding a deliverable β€” title, video type, duration, priority, resolution, aspect ratios, fps, music, subtitles/motion graphics and due date β€” and applies whatever you change to every selected card in one save. Handy for retagging a whole shoot's worth of deliverables β€” new due date, new priority β€” without opening each one.

Delete Selected deletes every selected card after one confirmation. Also irreversible.
