Personal settings live under My account in Settings. They are yours alone β€” changing them does not affect anyone else in the workspace.

Profile

Settings β†’ Profile (/settings/profile). Set your Name, Phone, date of birth and profile image, then Save Changes.

The same page holds Your Preferences:

  • Theme β€” Light, Dark or System (match your device).
  • Language β€” English or Nederlands. This drives the whole app, including phase names, status labels and the notification emails you receive.

Login & security

Settings β†’ Login & security (/settings/security) manages the email and password you sign in with.

Changing your email sends a confirmation link to the new address; the change only completes once you click it. Until then the page shows Pending confirmation, with Resend confirmation and Cancel pending change available. You cannot start a second email change while one is pending.

Passwords need at least 8 characters, and you confirm your current one to set a new one.

Notifications

Settings β†’ Notifications (/settings/notifications) gives you a grid of every notification type with two columns: Email and In-App. Toggle each independently.

Types are grouped into Job Notifications, Message Notifications, Project Notifications and System Notifications, split between Company Notifications and Personal Notifications. Enable All and Disable All apply to a whole group at once.

How the email toggles behave

Email and in-app are independent: a notification only reaches your inbox if that type's Email toggle is on, whether or not it shows in the bell.

Those toggles do not all start off. Every type carries its own default, and the useful ones are switched on out of the box β€” so if you want a quiet inbox, go through the grid and turn things off rather than assuming nothing is being sent. Types that are not set up to send mail at all simply have no email option.

Where a type supports it, you also get a frequency choice: Instant, Daily Digest, Weekly Digest or Off.

A type marked Disabled by admin has been switched off for the whole workspace and cannot be turned on individually.

Mail that ignores these toggles

Transactional mail β€” team invites, email-change confirmations, password resets β€” is always sent, because it is how your account works rather than a notification you subscribed to.

The notification centre

The bell in the header shows unread notifications the moment they arrive. Open the full Notifications page for the complete history, with Mark all as read and Load more.
