What happens when your subscription ends
Your projects, clients and work stay safe — access is paused until an admin reactivates.

Nothing is deleted. If a Studio subscription lapses, your workspace is locked rather than emptied, and reactivating restores everything exactly as you left it.
What you see
Everyone in the workspace gets a full-page screen headed "Your Studio subscription has ended".
If you can manage billing (admin or manager), it reads:
"Reactivate to get back into your workspace. Your projects, clients and work are all safe — reactivating restores everything exactly as you left it."
with a Reactivate your plan button that takes you to Settings → Plans.
If you cannot manage billing, it reads:
"Your workspace's Studio subscription has ended. Your projects and work are safe — ask a workspace admin to reactivate to restore access."
Reactivating
An admin or manager clicks Reactivate your plan, picks monthly or yearly, and completes checkout. Access is restored immediately for the whole team — projects, clients, deliverables, files, time entries and history all come back untouched.
If you belong to more than one workspace
The screen includes Or switch to another workspace with a list of your other workspaces. One click switches you, so a lapsed subscription in one workspace never locks you out of another.
Editing-service clients
If your workspace exists to receive editing work rather than to run productions, you keep your post-production space and see a different message: "Post-production is included with your editing service", with a View Studio plans button if you want the full platform.
A gate you should not be seeing
If you are certain your subscription is active but you hit a paywall, refresh once. The app retries a failed subscription check rather than locking you out, so a transient network problem should not gate a paying workspace. If it persists, contact support through Help & Support in the account menu.
