Work the deliverables board
The post-production kanban: drag cards between columns, pan across the board, and understand the two special groups.

A post-production project opens on Overview; the Deliverables tab sits right next to it. That is the kanban board β each card is one deliverable and each column is one status.
Moving work along
Drag a card between columns to change its status. The default columns run Ingest β Ready for editing β Editing β Awaiting feedback β Changes requested β Approved, but your workspace may have renamed or added columns.
Dropping a card into the review column asks for a review link before it moves.
You can also change a status without dragging: open a card's side panel and use the status pill in its header. It always lists exactly the columns of that phase's board, including custom ones, so the pill, the form and the board can never disagree.
Panning the board
Grab any empty space on the board and drag left or right to pan across columns. Dragging a card still moves the card, and scrolling within a column still works normally.
Two special groups
- Earlier phases β appears at the front when a project has deliverables still being worked in an earlier phase. Drag one onto a column to advance it into this phase. You cannot drop cards into it.
- No column β appears at the end when a deliverable's status matches no column on this board, for example after a custom column was deleted. Drag them onto a real column to fix their status. This is the safety net that means a card can never silently disappear.
Neither can be renamed, hidden or deleted, and neither is a real status. Columns your workspace set to hide when empty collapse automatically when they hold no cards.
Adding deliverables
Use Add Deliverable for one at a time, or Bulk Add Deliverables when you are setting up a batch. On a project that came through pre-production the cards are already there β every script became one.
Changing the columns
The board inside a project is read-only as far as columns go. Column configuration is workspace-wide: use the Manage columns in Settings link at the end of the board, or go directly to Settings β Statuses & boards. Only admins and managers can edit them.
The same boards in other phases
Pre-production, production and distribution projects each have their own deliverable board with their own columns, and they behave identically β the post-production board is just the one most teams live in.
