The Timesheet section has three tabs:

  • My Timesheet (/timesheet/me) β€” your own entries.
  • Team Timesheet (/timesheet/team) β€” everyone's, with the full filter set. Visible to admins and managers.
  • Insights (/timesheet/insights) β€” the analytical view.

Everyone else sees only their own hours. The Log time button sits in the page header.

Billable versus total

Every entry carries a billable flag, and totals split into billable and non-billable. The team timesheet shows a Billable Hours column in Daily, Weekly and Monthly views, so the split is visible at every zoom level.

Insights

Insights shows total and billable hours, your Billable % and the number of Active projects, with a month-by-month breakdown you can expand.

Grouping is by project. Workspaces that provide an editing service also get a by company toggle; on a normal workspace only project grouping appears.

Two details worth knowing:

  • Project time rolls up under its client, so you see where your hours actually go.
  • Internal time β€” editing, management and so on β€” is broken out separately rather than lumped in with client work.

Archived categories still count

If you archive a time category that already has hours logged against it, those hours stay visible in the totals rather than silently dropping out; the column is just tagged as archived.

To bring the category itself back, go to Settings β†’ Time tracking and use Show archived there β€” that toggle lives in settings, not on the timesheet.

Time on a project

A project's Timesheet tab shows only that project's entries, and it is what feeds the labour cost on the project's Finance tab.

Where the numbers end up

Billable hours drive the project's labour cost and margin, so keeping the timesheet honest is what makes the Finance figures mean anything.
