If you take bookings through a Google Calendar appointment schedule rather than Cal.com or Calendly, this bridges them into your meetings inbox. Find it in Settings β†’ Integrations under Company integrations.

Before you start

You must connect your own Google Calendar first. If you have not, the card tells you: "Connect your Google Calendar in the Calendar section below first." Scroll down to the Calendar section on the same page and connect it there.

Set it up

  1. Pick your Appointments calendar from the dropdown. Point it at the calendar your appointment schedule books onto.

  2. Optionally paste your Booking page link β€” the public link of your Google appointment schedule. It is used by the "Schedule meeting" dialog inside the app.

  3. Optionally choose Route bookings to a lead source, so bookings show up in your sales or hiring pipeline. Leave it on Don't create leads β€” inbox only if you just want them visible.

  4. Click Save.

Syncing starts right away.

Choose a dedicated calendar
Ideally point this at a calendar used only for bookings. Every event on the chosen calendar that has an external attendee becomes a booking, so aiming it at your main working calendar will pull in ordinary meetings too.

If a colleague already configured it

The card will tell you: "Configured by another admin. Saving replaces it with one of your own calendars." Only one appointments calendar is active per workspace, so coordinate before overwriting.

Removing it

Click Remove on the card. Bookings already in your inbox stay; new ones stop arriving. Your Google Calendar connection itself is unaffected.
