Connect Calendly
Calendly bookings flow into the same meetings inbox and leads pipeline as Cal.com — with one caveat on free plans.

Calendly bookings flow into the same meetings inbox and leads pipeline as Cal.com. Set it up in Settings → Integrations; it is a company-wide connection, so an admin configures it once.
Connect it
In Calendly, go to Integrations → API & webhooks and generate a personal access token.
In contentmaker.space, open Settings → Integrations and click Connect Calendly.
Paste the token and click Connect.
We verify the token and register the webhooks for you, so bookings arrive in your meetings inbox automatically.
If you are on a free Calendly plan
Calendly only offers webhooks on paid plans. On a free plan the connection still works, but the card will show:
"No webhooks registered — Calendly only offers webhooks on paid plans. Bookings still come in via 'Sync now' on the Meetings page."
In that case, pull bookings in from the Meetings page using the Sync button whenever you want to refresh. Everything else behaves the same.
Backfilling history
The same sync button on the Meetings page also has options for 7 days, 90 days, 12 months, and Sync from custom date… if you want to bring older bookings across.
Disconnecting
Use the disconnect icon on the card. You will be warned that webhook subscriptions on Calendly are removed too. Bookings already in your workspace are kept.
Rotating your token
Use Reconnect and paste the new personal access token. You do not have to disconnect first.
