Connect Tally forms and Meta Lead Ads
Register a form as a source so every submission lands in your pipeline — Tally via webhook, Meta Lead Ads via LeadsBridge, Zapier or Make.

Leads and job applications do not have to be typed in by hand. Register a source and every submission flows straight into your pipeline — as a lead in Pipeline → Sales or an applicant in Pipeline → Hiring.
Create a source
- On the Leads board, open Sources and click New source. (Hiring positions have their own sources list that works the same way.)
- Pick a Type: Sales lead ("Capture leads for your sales pipeline") or Application ("Collect applications for a hiring position"). Application sources can be linked to a specific position, or left shared and routed later.
- Pick the Source: Tally ("Connect a Tally form via webhook"), Cal.com, Calendly or Meta Lead Ads.
- Give it a name — for example Strategy call — and optionally a Redirect URL after submission.
Hook up a Tally form
After saving, the source shows its connection details:
- Webhook URL — copy it, then in Tally open your form and go to Integrations → Webhooks and paste it as the endpoint. From then on every submission arrives in your pipeline automatically.
- Tally iframe embed — an embed snippet if you want the form on your own website.
- Public page URL — every source also gets a hosted page you can link directly, with your form embedded, so you do not need a website page at all. The Published toggle in the sources table controls whether that page is live.
Adding the Tally form ID on the source is optional but lets the public page embed the right form.
Hook up Meta Lead Ads
Meta does not send webhooks directly, so route it through a connector: "Connect via LeadsBridge / Zapier / Make and point the webhook to the URL below after saving." Map the lead fields one-to-one (email, first_name, and so on). The Meta form ID comes from Meta Ads Manager under Forms library.
Booking tools are sources too
Cal.com and Calendly bookings can also feed the pipeline, and when connected in Settings → Integrations their webhooks are registered automatically — no copy-pasting. See Connect Cal.com so bookings become leads and Connect Calendly.
Good to know
- The sources table shows a live Submissions count per source.
- Deleting a source never deletes what it brought in: "Existing submissions are preserved."
- Sources live in the sales and hiring pipelines, so they are managed by managers and admins.
