Filter, sort and save views on the projects list
Shape the projects list with Filter and Display, then save the result as a named view you can switch back to in one click.

The projects list toolbar has a search box with Filter and Display beside it. Active filters appear as chips in a row underneath.
Filter
Open Filter and pick a property to filter by: Phase, Status, Team member, Client, Priority (High, Medium, Low) and Tags. Workspaces that provide an editing service also get a Company facet. Clear removes them all at once.
On a phase list the Status facet is scoped to that phase's statuses; on All projects it offers the whole ladder. On the Archived list it is pinned to Archived.
Filters and search run on the server for the Table and Grid layouts, so the list stays fast on large workspaces and the count badge shows the true total β not just what happens to be loaded. Filter dropdowns offer every option across the workspace, not only the options visible on screen.
Display
Display controls how the list looks:
- Layout β Table, Board or Grid.
- Group by and Sub-group, with Show empty groups.
- Display properties β show or hide Deliverables, Activity, Priority, Tags, Client and Company. Drag them in this menu to reorder the columns.
- Project health bars and Compact rows.
- Reset puts everything back to the default.
Your layout, column order and visibility are remembered per browser.
Sort
Sort from the toolbar by Due date, Created, Priority, Margin health, Last activity or Project name, ascending or descending.
In the Table layout you can also click a column header to sort by it, but only for Project name, Due date, Margin health and Last activity. The other headers are labels, not controls.
Saved views
Once the list looks the way you want it, save it. Views appear as tabs next to All projects, alongside the built-in My projects, Favorites and Assigned to me:
- Set your filters, sort, layout and columns.
- Open the view options and choose Create new viewβ¦.
- Give it a name and press Save.
Switch between views with one click. Later changes can be pushed back with Save to this view, and views can be renamed or deleted from the same menu.
Saved views are personal β they are yours, not your team's β and because they are stored on your account rather than in the browser, they follow you across devices.
A view is scoped to the list you created it on, so a view saved on Post-production shows up there and not on All projects.
