What is contentmaker.space?

contentmaker.space is a production platform for creative and video agencies. It takes a project from the first idea through the shoot, the edit, client approval and publication — in one workspace, without spreadsheets and folder trees holding it together.

The four things everything else hangs off

• Your workspace — your company. Everything you create belongs to it, and you can be a member of more than one.
• Clients — the companies you work for. Every project belongs to a client.
• Projects — a piece of work for a client, moving through phases.
• Deliverables — the actual videos. A deliverable is born as a script, gets shot, gets edited and gets published. It is one object the whole way, not a series of copies.

The five phases

1. Pre-production — the brief, the moodboard on the Shoot Canvas, scripts, shot lists, locations, call sheets and casting.
2. Production — the shoot: a shot checklist you tick off on set, call sheets and locations.
3. Post-production — the deliverables board, editing, client review and approval.
4. Distribution — scheduling, publishing and reporting.
5. Completed — finished work, filed away but never lost.

You do not have to use all five. A workspace that only does editing lives happily in post-production; a studio that only shoots can stop at production.

• Timesheet with a floating timer, billable hours and insights.
• Pipeline — a full CRM: contacts, leads, deals, quotes, hiring and a sales dashboard.
• Meetings and Recordings — bookings and call recordings with AI summaries.
• Finance — project margins and a monthly company income and expense plan.
• Knowledge Base — your team wiki, Notion-style.
• An AI assistant that can read and change your workspace, in the app or through Claude.

Where you can use it

The app runs in your browser at app.contentmaker.space. There is also a companion mobile app aimed at production work on the road — call sheets, locations, the shot list, tasks and the assistant. Everything is available in English and Dutch.

What it costs

There is one plan, Studio, billed per seat, with monthly and yearly options. Freelancers and per-project collaborators join on Limited seats, which are free at a rate of one per five paid seats (€19 per month for each one beyond that). New workspaces can start with a 7-day free trial.
