Setting up takes three steps: your personal details, your company, and how you want to start.

1. Personal information

Fill in your Full Name, Phone Number and Preferred language (English or Dutch β€” you can change it later). You can add a profile image now or leave it for later.

2. Your company

Give your workspace a Company Name. That is all that is required to get moving β€” company details, sectors and creator services can be filled in at your own pace later under Settings β†’ Company β†’ General.

3. Choose how you want to start

The last step is headed Choose how you want to start. There is one Studio plan, billed per seat, with two ways to pay:

  • Monthly β€” launch pricing, locked in while you stay subscribed, cancel any month. Click Choose monthly.
  • Yearly β€” Founding Member pilot pricing for the first cohort of seats, billed annually, locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. Click Choose yearly. The card shows how many founding seats are left.

Either choice sends you to Stripe to complete payment.

Starting a free trial instead

If you would rather look around first, click the small Skip link under the two plan cards. That starts a 7-day free trial with the full platform unlocked β€” no card required. You will see the confirmation "Your 7-day trial has started. Welcome!"

When you are ready to subscribe, go to Settings β†’ Plans and pick monthly or yearly. You do not have to wait for the trial to end.

Signing up is invite-only

Accounts can be created with an approved waitlist email, a pre-approved address, or a pending team invitation. If you were invited by a colleague, see Invite your team and pick the right role β€” you do not create a workspace at all, you join theirs.

After setup

You land on your Home dashboard. Good next steps:

  1. Invite your team from Settings β†’ Members.
  2. Add your first client under Pipeline β†’ Contacts.
  3. Create your first project from All projects.
