Connecting Cal.com pushes every new booking into your meetings inbox and your leads pipeline automatically. It is a company-wide connection, so an admin sets it up once for the workspace.

Connect it

  1. In Cal.com, go to Settings β†’ Developer β†’ API keys and generate a key. It starts with cal_live_.
  2. In contentmaker.space, open Settings β†’ Integrations.
  3. On the Cal.com card, click Connect Cal.com.
  4. Paste the key into API key and click Connect.

We verify the key, then register the webhooks for you β€” there is nothing to configure on the Cal.com side afterwards.

Checking it works

Once connected, the card shows the connected account's email, how many webhooks are registered, and when it was last verified. Click Test connection for an on-demand check; a healthy connection reports "βœ“ Cal.com API is working".

Where bookings show up

New bookings appear on the Meetings page the moment they arrive β€” you do not need to press Sync. Each booking also creates or updates a lead in your pipeline, and links in both directions with any matching meeting recording, so a booking and its Fathom recording find each other.

Backfilling

The Sync last 30 days button on the Meetings page pulls in past bookings. Use it once after first connecting, or later as a recovery tool. The dropdown also offers 7 days, 90 days, 12 months, or a custom start date.

Disconnecting

Click the disconnect icon on the card. You will be warned that the webhook subscriptions on Cal.com will be removed too. Bookings already in your workspace stay put.

Reconnecting

If you rotate your Cal.com API key, use Reconnect on the card and paste the new key. There is no need to disconnect first.
