Connect your Google Calendar to the planner
See your own meetings as an overlay on the planner, and choose exactly how much your team can see.

Google Calendar is a personal connection β every team member connects their own, and you control what your team sees. Set it up in Settings β Integrations, in the Calendar section at the bottom of the page.
Connect it
Click Connect Google Calendar and complete the Google sign-in. Your calendars are then listed by their real Google names.
What it does in the planner
Your meetings, appointments and personal blockers appear as a translucent overlay on the planner, updating within seconds of a change in Google. Clicking an event opens a detail popover with the time, location, a Join Meeting button and the attendee list with RSVP status. You can accept or decline invites and delete your own events inline.
Creating a planning block also offers to add it to your calendar, and edits to planner events write back to Google. Events created from the team planner only appear once β not as both a planner block and an imported event.
Control what your team sees
In the Calendars sub-section you toggle which calendars to sync and set visibility per calendar. Each calendar has a Share with team setting with three options:
- Don't share β nobody else sees it.
- Busy only β teammates see a time block with no details. This is the recommended default.
- Full details β teammates see the event title and details.
Shared team events render tinted with a stripe pattern on the company planner, so they read as external commitments rather than scheduled work.
Refreshing and disconnecting
Use the refresh icon (Sync now) to pull changes immediately. The disconnect icon removes the connection; you will be warned that your cached events are removed.
The "Google hasn't verified this app" screen
During the Google sign-in you may see a warning that the app has not completed Google's verification yet. That is expected for now β verification with Google is in progress and takes a few weeks on their side. Click Advanced, then choose to continue to contentmaker.space, and the sign-in proceeds normally. Nothing about the connection itself is different.
Troubleshooting
If the Calendars list is empty you will see "No calendars found. Click Reconnect below to sync your calendar list." β click Reconnect and re-approve access.
