Go to Settings β Integrations and connect one or more notetakers under Company integrations. Recordings, summaries and transcripts then flow into the same Recordings inbox and link automatically to leads, applicants and clients.
All three are company-wide connections, so only admins can set them up. You can connect several accounts of the same provider β one per salesperson, for example β using Add another account.
Fathom.video
In Fathom, go to User Settings β API Access and generate an API key.
In contentmaker.space, open Settings β Integrations and click Connect Fathom.
Optionally set a Label β it helps you tell connections apart when you have several.
Paste the key into API key and click Connect.
We verify the key and register a webhook for you, so new meeting recordings arrive automatically. The card shows Webhook: registered when that succeeded. Fathom recordings also auto-link to the matching Cal.com booking.
Fireflies.ai
Fireflies needs one extra manual step, because its webhook has to be configured on their side.
In Fireflies, go to Integrations β Fireflies API and copy your API key.
In Settings β Integrations, click Connect Fireflies.ai, paste the key and click Connect.
A second dialog appears: Finish setup in Fireflies. Copy the Webhook URL and Webhook secret shown there.
Paste both into Fireflies under Settings β Developer settings, then click Done.
If you close that dialog too early, reopen it any time with Show webhook setup on the Fireflies card. Once configured the card reads Webhook: configured in the Fireflies dashboard.
Granola
In the Granola app, go to Settings β Connectors β API keys and create a key. This requires a Granola Business plan.
In Settings β Integrations, click Connect Granola, paste the key and click Connect.
The webhook is registered automatically β there are no manual steps.
Your last 30 days come along
Connecting any of the three automatically backfills roughly the last 30 days of meetings, so your inbox is useful immediately rather than empty until the next call. You will see a confirmation like "Backfilled 12 recent meetings".
Pulling in more history later
On the Recordings page use the Sync last 30 days button. Its dropdown also offers Sync last 7 days, Sync last 90 days, Sync last 12 months and Sync from custom dateβ¦. You do not need it for day-to-day use β new recordings appear on their own β but it is the right tool for a backfill or a recovery.
Disconnecting
Use the disconnect icon on the connection. You will be asked to confirm; new recordings stop flowing in, and for Fathom the webhook subscription is removed too. Recordings already in your workspace stay.
Troubleshooting
A badge of Token invalid or Token expired means the API key is no longer accepted β generate a new one and reconnect.
Use Test connection on a card to check a key without reconnecting.
Recordings are routed by their external attendees. A meeting with no external attendees and no matching open application is labelled General rather than being forced into a pipeline.
