Both tabs are available in pre-production and production.
Locations
Open the Locations tab and click Add location. Each location card carries a name, address, city, type and notes, plus a status:
- Scouting β you are still looking at it.
- Permit pending β waiting on permission.
- Confirmed β locked in.
Locations are used elsewhere in the project: set one per scene in the Shot lists tab, drop a live location card onto the Canvas, and attach one to each shoot day on a call sheet. Add them early, because those other tabs need them to exist first.
On the mobile app, locations get one-tap directions and calling β useful on the day.
Call sheets
Open the Call sheets tab and click Add shoot day. Each day carries:
- Day # and Date
- Call time and Wrap time
- Location, picked from the project's locations
- Notes, Weather (forecast, sunrise and sunset) and Special requirements (permits, gear, catering)
The run of show
Inside each day, use Add item to build a time-blocked schedule. Each item has:
- A Start and End time
- A title β the field asks "What are you filming?", for example "Setup", "A1 intro" or "lunch"
- Crew / talent
- Notes for direction, props and reminders
- An optional Linked deliverable β the script being filmed in that block
Let the assistant draft it
The AI assistant can draft a call sheet from the project's scenes, shots and locations β proposing shoot days and a run of show for you to confirm. Ask it in the project's context and review what it proposes before saving.
On the day
Call sheets show up in the mobile app with call and wrap times and the location, alongside the shot list you tick off and the scripts. That is the intended on-set setup: phone in hand, shot list open.
